I got the new Microsoft mouse and Keyboard (Laser 6000) and i installed the software for it but now the Mac wont boot up. I don't even get the Apple. Is thier a way to revert to the way it was before the software was installed?

I let it sit at the screen for a few minutes but nothing happens.

Also, how can i get the Cd that is in the drive out to do a restore if i need to when the desktop doesnt come up?

Closer than you think.

1.) Boot holding shift to bypass the MS drivers. Then switch input devices in System Preferences.

2.) Hold the mouse button down during boot to force eject the CD drive.

thank you. I will try it as soon as i get home.

UPDATE: Thank you again It was the CD in the drive that was hanging it up. I connected a wired mouse to the mini and then help it down like you said and as soon as the CD popped out the Mac booted up normally again. :black:
