screen size

Hi everyone.
First post and all that
Just bought a pro 13 inch after using windows for many years so its all a bit new to me.
First question of probably many is how do I get the page I'm reading to cover the whole of the screen, I've looked in the settings but cant find it or is this a mac thing.

If you want some more control over your window size, you can install SizeUp. Both of them ask for donations, but you have use of the full features as long as you don't mind the occaisional "pay for me" popup.
