Hello everyone! I'm looking for some advice on a recent issue I've been having. After heavy use I tend to close my MBP lid when I'm off doing other things. When I come back to my laptop and open the lid, this is the screen I get.

It has only happened after online gaming sessions or after watching movies. It doesn't happen 100% of the time. I'm under AppleCare until near the end of Jan 2015. I'm concerned because this is an issue that is just starting and my warranty is up very soon. I don't know how to describe this problem without just showing the image linked above.
