Scheduled Reminders

iMac 2.66 GHz 20", iPad Mini2 32GB, iPhone6 64GB, Watch Sport 42mm Black, iPad Air 2 128GB
For some reason the Reminders App on my iPad Mini 2 only allows me to set a scheduled data and time on a reminder if I get Siri to create it. There seems to be no option to add a schedule to a manually created reminder.

Any help please?
