What program? Never heard of Sailing Media, but if it's an advert popup or hijacker, try AdwareMedic.

If it is the application for use with iTunes etc., see if it has its own uninstaller and use that. If not, download AppTrap, and when it is installed, drag Sailing Media to the Trash.

I briefly had a Motorola phone a couple years ago.
This was a program that's part of Google Play that's designed to (painfully slowly) get music on to that clunky device.
