Every time I try to open Safari it crashes before it ever opens. I've tried to delete Safari so I could download it and start over, but it tells me I can't delete it as it is connected to the OS X operating system? Sorry, I don't understand this. Can anyone help? I am using a new Mac mini (Late 2012) with 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.1

Download a fresh copy of Safari from here and install it over the top of the version which you now have. Let's see if that fixes the problem.
