I re installed my macbook pro and at first safari icon had a question mark, I dragged it to desktop rebooted mac, now safari icon is missing. I am unable to find it from finder nor applications. I have attempted to re install Mac again but it just keeps booting up to desktop. any ideas on how to get safari icon back, everything else works fine
