Safari 15 won't play Amazon Prime Video's

I have a Mac mini OS 10.15.7 With Safari 15 and it will not play the Amazon Prime Video's??
I have a Mac Air laptop OS 11.6 with Safari 15 and it plays the video's........ I can't figure it out....
So I downloaded FirerFox and it works with Amazon Video's............ but, why is my Mac mini not playing them with Safari????? Has anybody else run into this problem...???

Safari has been updated several times since Catalina 10.15.7. What year/model is your Mac Mini and can it be updated to Big Sur 11.6?

My Mac mini is a Late 2012 - 2.5 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I think Catalina is the most I can upgrade to....
