27" iMac mid-2011, ipad.Air 2', iPhone 8+.
Every so often this pops up with a choice to allow or cancel, but nothing to delete. DetectX and Malwarebytes found nothing. How can I delete this so it stops popping up?

It is a Yahoo app claimed to load pages faster. Are you using Yahoo as a search engine? If so try Duck Duck Go.

"S.yimg.com" is a message from Yahoo having to do with their web page. It appears that it comes up whenever their web page is having difficulty or maintenance is being accomplished.

We suggest checking with Yahoo to find out for sure.
