Restoring DMG to a Flash Drive on a PC

I have a MacBook Air and it recently had a kernel panic at the boot screen. I want to reinstall OS X. I have a DMG file that I made of my install disc and am looking to restore it to a flash drive in order to install it on my MacBook Air. I would install off of the DVD, but I don't have a SuperDrive. Since the only computer I have available to me is a PC, is there any way that I can restore the DMG to the flash drive. I have MacDrive installed. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
