Reload help needed

I am old and tired of reading all the "help" Google can find. I have a MacBook Pro with High Sierra loaded. I put in a new hard drive and formatted it with the disk utility.

Can anyone please give me instructions on how to load High Sierra so I can give to to my nephew? Simple instructions for an old fart.
