Red light for MBP 13 charger?

Hello again everyone, i recently went to England and brought my computer there and when i plugged it in to charge, the light on the magnetic part of the charger cable turned red and i just figured it was nothing bad. And so now, i am back in The States and the light is still red.

Is there a problem? it charges normally and everything.

my mbp is new a couple days old and when it charges it shows red and when it is fully charged it shows green. just normal i think..
