Recovering /usr/local/bin

Hi all,

I mistakenly deleted /usr/local/bin (using sudo rm -rf :().

Is there by any means can I recover the directory!!

Thanks in advance for your valuable guidance and suggestion.

Probably not, aside from buying an expensive data recovery program. Fortunately, there isn't anything critical to the system in that directory. You'll just have to re-install whatever was in there, which is most likely things you compiled from source code and possibly other things like NTFS-3G.

Thank you Kahlil, for your swift response. I just wanted to know, if I could recover, I don't have to reisntall those stuff!!

I am now reinstalling those stuffs.
