Recommendation for Duplicate Remover

I'm looking for a good duplicate phono and file finder. I want to leave the pics in both iPhoto and Photoshop, and delete the rest. Any ideas or recommendations?? Thanks in advance. Oh, I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro.
