Now there's a heckuva good question! I looked on Amazon and found Garage Band Missing Manual. Has anyone read/used it?

I used this one a little through Safari Books Online:

It told me how to access the basic MIDI sounds through GarageBand. I really wanted a harpsichord on my MIDI keyboard, and this book told me how to do it.
