I am having difficulty receiving mail on Mac Mail. I have two accounts set up; one from Cox and one from Gmail. I have no problem receiving mail on the gmail account, but I can only receive mail from the Cox account if I turn Mail off and then on again. I have checked the protocols for using both IMAP and POP with Cox and still have problems. I have no problem receiving mail from the Cox account on my iPhone or iPad. Suggestions?
