I would be interested in knowing what you are doing that is making it frustrating. The fact that it is two different OS's, things will be different and your standard workflow will change for nearly everything. I had to make a lot of changes in what I did and how I went about doing it, but I would not call it frustrating. Challenging, but fun. I love trying out new operating systems. When it comes to iPhoto, meh. There are better pieces of software out there for photo management, but if you learn the details of it, it can be just as easy to use as anything on the Windows side. Personally, I still use CS3 on my Windows 7 Bootcamp for photo management and all my photos are stored off on a separate hard drive. I agree the "being different does not make it better" but it does mean taking the time to figure out where the differences are and learning how to use them. I really recommend checking out Apple Seminars and Events and seeing if there are more detailed classes in your area. Even though I am quite familiar with OSX now, I am still hitting up some free classes near me. It can make the difference.
