I have just had this little popup

I have had a search to see what it's about and found that it can either be used or disabled. Is it worth having or is it better disabled.

If you disable it, then you won't get any security fixes as they are addressed, but only when you do a software update.

Unlike a full software update, these "responses" are targeted, so generally they shouldn't cause any adverse issues and should be good and needed to be installed. But if you choose not to do that, you just have to wait for the normal update cycle to get the point releases with the fixes.
