Can anyone tell me why clicking on "Name" in a window sorts the list of documents/applications/whatever in REVERSE alphabetical order? Not all computers that I'm around do this, but mine does. Clicking on "Name" multiple times does nothing different. I would really like to alphabetize things like a normal human being please.

It's really, really annoying.

In list view, just above the scroll bar on the right is a triangle that controls the sorting order. Click once on it and it will reverse the direction it points. Now your sort-by-name should be A to Zed.
