what year is your imac? just wondering because you say "max 8" altho the new iMacs can use much more. maybe just give a detail of your system so you dont get false information.

How much Ram are you wanting? There are 4 dimm slots in the iMac so you could put it two more 2gb dimms for 8gb total or you can put in 4 4gb dimms.

all the ram that you presented on that website would work. best to put in two matching dimms at a time. and i always put bigger dimms closer to the processor. not sure this matters on mac. but i learned to always do it on PC's so thats what i do

Yeah mate your better buying as much as you can at the mo whilst the price is so low. I installed 16Gb from Crucial a few days before my iMac was scheduled to come and fitted it just after I removed the iMac from the box.

Tis a doddle.
