I have a dual processor PowerPC G5 1.8Ghz. I have only 768 RAM.
Too slow when I have all my apps open. What RAM should I have?
What is a good manufacturer (brand) of RAM chip?
Thx, Gary

well there are a number of good brands:

http://macsales.com
an store that sells only mac stuff, their memory is their brand

I also haven't had any issues with kingston or samsung either.
http://newegg.com also has weekly deals, and you can get ram at a good price there.

remember, your computer uses PC 3200 DDR memory...

Ramjet has excellent RAM and pretty good prices. I've got two GB in my G5 with similar specs and it runs great.

I went with Kingston RAM and have had no issues what so ever.
