Hey Mac wizards, i have my imac (27inch 2013), running through a Samsung audio system via the headphone out. While reinserting the speaker wires into one of the speakers, the + and negative touched. This obviously arced down into the amp, (which is quite low wattage as is only for a surround system), then down the rca wires, through the 2 rca to headphone jack adapter which was plugged into audio out of my mac. The mac instantly died. Now gives ram error code. Replaced ram. Still no boot and single beep error. Will it definitely be that its actually fried all four ram sockets? Or is there another reason system isnt detecting ram.? Seems rather extreme reaction for an audio out socket
