I'd like to buy an EyeTV or something like it for my iMac, but I need to know one thing: If I'm watching TV on my computer, and my signal gets zapped, does my system hardware or software suffer any damage? If anyone can give me any info regarding this issue, I'd really appreciate it.
Moderators: I'm not talking about signal piracy; some satellite providers are unreliable in that your signal fails (ie gets zapped), even though you're paying for service. So don't close this thread.
