I rently bought a jaguar 10.2. I bought it because I dont have the recovery cds of my MC OS X 10.3.6 PowerPcG3 with 500 MHZ and 128 MB. I want to know if I can just install this 10.2 and erase everything on my laptop and reset it to 10.2 and even reset my administrator's password ?

Yes, you can use Jaguar installation disks to completely format and install 10.2. However, I'd suggest trying to purchase Panther (10.3) installation disks instead, since there were many functional and performance improvements made to Panther. Though Jaguar was great, after using both, I certainly wouldn't ever want to "downgrade" to 10.2 again.
