Question about iCal

I use the calendar function on my iPhone all the time and when I am home, I would like to be able to add events to my iCal and have them show up in my iPhone as if I entered them from the phone. I also use an alarm to alert me 5 minutes before an event, but the stock tones on iCal don't match the ones on the iPhone. Is there a way to add the iPhone tones to my iCal so everything is all the same and I can choose the same tone to alert me, whether I add the event from my macbook or my iPhone? Thanks
