In anticipation of moving from OS9.2.2 to X 10.3.2, I'm considering upgrading my 400MhZ G3 with a Sonnet G4/800Mhz processor and a 60-80-gig ATA/133 hard drive. Can this drive be used as a direct replacement of my stock 6-gig drive, or will I need a PCI card to use it (or something else)? If it will work as a replacement, how will the drive's performance be affected by not using a PCI 133 adaptor card? Thanks!
