I have to install pom-QM which is originally for windows. Is anyone who has is on mac? I dont mean the one which should be 'installed' within excel. (But if isnt possible to install as a programm can you help me to do it with excel) ...

Not sure exactly what you're trying to do, but QM for macOS is readily available as freeware:
QM Mac 4.6.0 - Download
There is also an Excel version for the Mac but it's based on Excel 2016 which has since been updated to 2019 and thru Office 365.
