Not sure if this counts as an OS question or if it should be under 'Applications'

When I installed Unarchiver, it set itself as the default program for all of the EXE files which should default to Crossover Games.

Dumb question I know, but how do I change them all back please? Can I do that globally somewhere, or do I have to set each one separately?

globally

select an exe file and right click to get the menu, select get info ( i)

One of the entries in the dialogue box should be open with, change the app (maybe to crossover) and hit the apply to all button
