Hi couple of questions as Im new to world of MAC.

I have a IMAC - SPEC - PowerMac6,3 - PowerPC G4 (3.3)

Is it possible to connect my PC to my IMAC screen? So I chuck away my old big PC screen to save space?

Also:
I have a internal DVD-+RW made by LITEON that I have put in external housing and connected to my IMAC via the USB 2 interface- so in effect its now an external drive.
My imac recognises that the drive is there and will happily read DVD's from it but I can get it to write to it- doesnt recognise the drive as having write capabilities.
How can I fix this?

Thankyou
