Ok I searched the forums but found nothing about this.
I've had 2 Macbooks, my first one is a Core 2 Duo 2.00 ghz, 1gb RAM, 120 gb hd, the other one I just bought 3 days ago is a Core 2 Duo 2.16 ghz, 1gb RAM, 120 gb hd--
Ok so I started working with my first one seven months ago, but whenever I tried to use Mac Help it was too slow. I typed something and it would display the help topics right away, but then I clicked on the topic and nothing happened. So I had to search again, and click on the topic again, but nothing happened. I had to repeat this 4 to 5 times and actually wait like 20 seconds for it to work and display the topic I wanted. At first I thought it might have been my computer's fault, and I lived with it until 3 days ago. I got a new Macbook with a faster processor, but Mac Help is the same! I have to wait a lot for it to help me!! Then I went to my dads iMac and it's the same thing!!
Is this normal with Mac Help or is there something wrong with our computers? Or just bad luck?
Any of you has this problem? Any way to fix it??
