Well I'm happy to says that, it's now almost noon and the mini woke up with no problem and the PSU is working great, so that said I think it's safe to say the problem was the PSU I guess it's the old occam's razor, the most likely cause like I figured. Just for the record I never place liquids close to anything that has volts and that's why I used a non leaking chill pack and placed them in baggies with the open side to the opposite side of the PSU connection, and monitored it closely for any liquid. I don't recommend this practice, it was merely an experiment to see if it would alleviate the problem. I understand about the thermal switch inside, what I don't understand is why the unit I replaced was cooler to the touch than the one I have now? Thanks
