Problem opening encrypted dmg volumes

Hi all

I've got a couple of work related encrypted dmg volumes that I use to keep things save that needs to be (client related confidential information)

Haven't opened the folders in couple of weeks as I copy/move data there as a back more than actively working using it.

Anyhow, I can double click it, enter password, and it pops away, nothing happens, if I go into disk utility it's there, I can now click on /volume/<volumane_name> and it just spins it's wheels, it does not mount it.

this all happening on: 10.10.2

10.10.2 doesn't like encrypted DMG files they have to be unencrypted or you will just beach ball and 10.10.3 that went to developers isn't doing any better at fixing this.
