Problem deleting iTunes video

For some reason, one of my music videos is duplicated in the music library of my iPhone 4s. However, when I try to remove it using iTunes, the delete option is grayed out and all the check marks beside the songs in my music library are also grayed out.

Is there a setting I need to change in order to remove a song or video from my phone?
