I have a 3g 8GB iPhone that is less than 6 months old. My battery died on me because I was not at home and therefore unable to charge it. I went to recharge it using my usb cable and computer (PC) and a red battery with a lightning bolt came on the screen, so I figured the battery was real low and that it needed some time to charge. After letting it charge for over an hour, the phone would turn on but freezes at the apple logo. I have to put the phone into recovery mode every time that my battery dies now and it's becoming a hassle. When I try to sync my phone with my computer to get all my apps and numbers back my computer tells me "iTunes was unable to load provider data from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later."
I'm not sure if there is any way other than not letting the battery die to prevent me from having to restore my phone every few days? Also, has anyone ever had trouble syncing their phone and gotten that error message?
Thanks
Scott
