I am a new Mac user and am mystified by the problem I am having. I tried Apple support and Ricoh support and neither were helpful and only suggested basic solutions I had already tried. I work in an office with a Ricoh Aficio MP C3002 PS network printer. When I install the printer (either by IP address or localhost name) the Mac recognizes the printer and populates the printer details. However when I try to finish the installation I get a message pop up that tells me "Unable to verify printer on your network" "unable to connect to (XX.X.XX.XX) due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?" I have no problem printing with my PC. I have exhausted all avenues I know for a solution. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Jon
