PowerPoint 2011: inserting audio

Hello, I want to insert an audio file that will play across a specified number of slides (e.g., from slides 1 - 13) and then STOP, so that I can insert another audio file to play across the next specified number of slides (e.g., slides 14 - 21). Can I do this? How?
