Anybody have any idea why the 15" & 17" pbooks have the upgraded video port while the 12" does not? Hopefully it has something to do with the small space. I'd hate to learn it's just a ploy to sell the more expensive machines.

It surely has something to do with the space, but I guess it's mainly a question of keeping it's price lower. It's not the small size that makes it cheaper, but the slightly stripped down hardware equipment.
