The part of the power cord that plugs into my computer is finally going out. I want to be sure I will get the correct one because I have heard about plugs not matching or fitting. Is this what I would buy? I recently installed a new HD and more memory. Yes, I should have bought a new notebook and probably will do that too. I suppose there is no way to just purchase the portion that plugs into the computer. I had an extra one but the dog chewed off the adapter end of it, so now I have 2 of the parts that plug into the wall. Not helpful.
