Don't worry, if Apple does go through with a subscription service, the article says that "the subscription service would coexist alongside Apple's already successful 99 cents per song model, sources said".

I just don't care much for that type of service, but I know there are others that do. I wouldn't mind trying it for a month to find out what songs I would like to buy, then once my month was up, then go purchase those songs I really liked, other than that.. I like to keep my music that I buy ;)

iTunes is good the way it is..a subscription service would actually turn me off cause of the mere faqct that it will remind me of Napster..and Napster is disgusting lol

Murlyns thinking is the only logical stance ive seen for using a subscription service. a 30 second preview just isnt enough for me.

There are some songs that i like in the entirety, and some that have a 5 second guitar riff, or drum fill in it that makes me love the song, and it might not be in that 30 second preview offerred.
