i had completely forgotten about this topic, so i just tried my software again and now it works perfectly fine. the only thing different no on my mac is i updated to osx 10.5.5

Weird... I have also updated to 10.5.5 when the upgrade came available but the Pinnacle software still crashes.

i would upgrade to leopard 10.5.5

thats all i can think of pinnacle really screwed over mac people with this product
dont even try and talk there costumer support they'll tell you the same crap i just did.

oh just checked to see if i had the divx files and i didnt find them in that folder so i guess that might have been the problem for me before.
