Picture Capture Program

Hi,

I used to have a program that would allow me to select the entire picture from a web-page and not merely take a screen shot of half the picture. My hard drive crashed and lost the program and forgot the name... ANY assistance on how to capture the picture (for own personal screen saver purposes) would be so deeply appreciated. This is in reference to sites (Webshots, Smugmug...) that require subscriptions to d/l their pics and not just simple save as option...
