How is it possible for someone to capture my entire (13,000 photos) Photo library and share it in an email?

Why would you want to allow that?

It would be too large, for any email provider to allow.

Dropbox should take care of you if you've given it enough storage. If I'm not mistaken, you get 5GB free, and you can buy additional.

All you have to do is upload your stuff to Dropbox and then you can get a link that you can pass on to your correspondent who can download it.

Not any more. Basic Dropbox which remains free only gives you 2 GB of storage. Anything else requires payment depending on how much storage you need and how you use it.

You should check out SendThisFile.

They talk about "very large files". What I don't know is if they will consider a folder (with many files inside it) as a file. If they do, and if there is a limit on file size, you should be able to break your entire library into chunks and do several sends.

I'm sorry, but I don't even understand the OP's question...

And did they get an answer...???

I don't think it would even be possible, at least as I understand the question. But maybe I just misunderstood.

Patrick, I'm with you. I read the post almost as someone did it and the poster didn't have any control or input into the process. But I thought I'd wait until the OP came back with more information.

You guys are right. Now that I re-read the original post, I can't tell if someone else got ahold of Jagsfish's lbrary and copied it into an email, or if he wants to copy his library into an email so that he can send it to someone.

Hello everybody, my interpretation is this; some-one has managed to enter his photos and basically steal them but how or even why is beyond my comprehension.
Best regards from Keith in Derby England.

I guess the quandary remains until we get more clarification from the OP as to what the actual problem is.

And I won't break my first rule here which is: Never assume nuttin'!!! :Smirk:

Sorry for the delay everyone. Had some home issues I had to deal with. The problem was not as I tried to explain. The person Did Not capture my library. When I opened that email, I clicked on the link that says, see all photos or something like that. The link opened my photos. Don't think anyone else could have done that.

Sorry for the confusion--including this explanation.

I really appreciate the help.

Sorry, but I'm still confused. You got an email from somebody. Did you know that person? There was a "link" in the email that said something like "see all photos" that when you clicked on it opened YOUR Photos app? Is that what you are trying to describe? I don't think that is possible to do at all, or at least have never heard of it before. How did you get rid of all these 13,000 open photos? Sorry, but I'm still confused on what happened.
