Photo Element 4.0 Color and B&W

Before I purchase Photo Element I need to know if I could modified color picture then crop image in that picture and isolate it with B&W? To clarifier it I inserted an image that I created on PC. It was a trial software and already expired. I would like to get a similar software for Mac. It would be nice if there is a freeware.

Hey there. I'm a huge fan of elements and use it on a regular basis. I started using it several months ago on my pc. However, I recently bought a macbook and downloaded elements 4.0. Anything you can do on a pc you can pretty much do on the mac version. Check out this link...
