PC3200 in G4 Al PowerBook?

I have a 15" Al PowerBook 1.67Ghz and I want to upgrade the memory in it to 2GB. Apple says to use PC2700 DDR 333MHz SO-DIMMs but does anyone know if PC3200 400MHz SO-DIMMs will work in these PowerBooks?
