PATA to SATA adapter?

Hello,
Has anyone come across an adapter that will convert a parallel ATA drive to the serial ATA standard on a G5 and will fit inside the computer? I have an older drive and would like to find an adapter rather than buy a new drive but space is pretty cramped inside the drive bays on the G5.
