similar problem I haven't been able to access my printers (HP, R220, R2400) or any of four external USB & firewire hard drives from Windows 2000 running under Parallels. I'm using a 2.66gHz MacPro with Windows 2000 under Parallels. I installed Bonjour under the Mac OS. The instructions didn't say WHETHER TO INSTALL BONJOUR UNDER MAC OR WINDOWS OS so I assumed Mac and proceeded to install on the Mac side. The HP printer was turned on and connected to a USB port. When activating Parallels, I saw a Bonjour Icon on the desktop so I attempted to add the HP printer. It found no printers and asked for a printer name, whether networked or not, etc. I had no clue and gave up (again). Could someone give me the next steps to do this. I'd installed the HP printer drivers on the Mac and Windows side months ago. All three printers work fine with the Mac OS but I still have nothing for Windows. If no one has suggestions, I'll re-install the HP driver under Windows 2000 and see if Bonjour can find the printer.
