"Panic Medic Boot" mac mini keeps restarting

Hi there. I am a super noob so please have patience with me. I am a songwriter and have my computer for one purpose, writing music. I use a program called logic x and until today I have had no problems with my mac mini m1 2020 running big sur. For some reason my computer keeps on restarting, with "Panic Medic Boot" showing up before restarting again. Tried reinstalling big sur but it says it doesn't have enough space on Macintosh. I have precious files on this computer that are not backed up. Tried to copy of few of them onto an external hard drive but restarts before I can. Tried booting in safe mode and also From recovery mode with the command kmutil trigger-panic-medic --volume-root /Volumes/, same results keeps restarting. Please help me

To quickly bypass the problem, macOS automatically disables all third-party kernel extensions. When you need to use the respective extensions again, the OS simply prompts you to re-enable them."

There are suggestions of how you might be able to fix this in the article.

I am concerned about the comment about your not having enough free space on your Mac's internal drive.

Also, your remark about not having any backup strategy.

If it's possible, can you Click open the Apple Icon  in the top menu bar, choose "About this Mac", then Click on "Storage" and from that, tell us exactly how much free storage is left and what the total storage capacity of the Drive is?

Forgive me for saying this; but as a songwriter where your data is so precious, why no backup plan? Time Machine is part of the Mac's OS and would do the job in the background for you.

If you can furnish us with the data I've asked and if you look into the Link I gave you - that would guide us in trying to assist you.
