Hi i have had and used Pages (and Numbers) on my MacBookPro for quite a while, so now we have iCloud i thought it was a good idea to get Pages (and Numbers) for my iPhone and iPad2. OK so far.

But i find that on my iPhone, i can't get Landscape view, is this correct ?, i can't believe that i can get Landscape view in Safari and Messages etc. but NOT Pages ?

Please, what have i done wrong ?

Can you get landscape view with Pages on your iPad 2? If you can, I suspect that Pages will not go into landscape view on the smaller iPhone screen. I don't know for sure if that's true so perhaps someone else can chime in here and confirm that.

Thanks, Yeah, i just this minute checked on the iPad2, and Pages is in Landscape Mode all the time and doesn't change (although the orientation lock may have been on)

Pages shows in Landscape Mode on the iPad, but it is really in Portrait Mode - it is just showing only half of the page at a time.

I can't get it to show true Landscape Mode on iPad or iPod Touch.

However, I created a document in Pages on the Mac, using the Landscape Template, which might work - if I could persuade the iPad or iPod Touch to show the new document after uploading it to iWork :\

Edit - it seems the only option not offered is to open the shared document in Pages. It offers every other document-reading App I have, except Pages :(

Nice try Apple - back to Dropbox for me :)
