Acronis True Image in case you don't know is similar to Carbon Copy Cloner or Superduper. It's Windows only as far as I know.

Looks like you're correct Sly. It appears from their definition of how it works that it's a two step process. Not sure I trust Acronis and I don't know if they're using the Apple replicator or not. Although they say it's compatible with Big Sur.

I used Acronis True Image for years when I was running Windows. That and Norton Ghost. Both programs do a sort of clone of your Windows installation.

I tried the Windows version when I was having so much trouble getting BootCamp set up. It did not help solve that problem, and I have no compelling reason to try the Mac version.

I'm not sure what made me remember that they had released a Mac version.
