Outlook Yahoo Mail server certificate renewal problem

Hi there. I have been using the Outlook app from my Office 2019 suite to access my Yahoo Mail account successfully for the past 12 months or so, but started getting a certificate authentication error a few days ago.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded to Office 2019 and managed to find a Yahoo Mail utility to renew my Yahoo mail certificate by changing my Yahoo Mail password to a one-time password generated by the Yahoo Mail utility which then allowed me to generate a new Yahoo Mail password, but I've searched high and low for the Yahoo Mail utility and can't find it.

Does that ring a bell with anybody and if so, please can you provide the url of the Yahoo Mail utility?

I'm running High Sierra version 10.13.6 which is the latest version of macOS I can install on my late 2010 MacBook Air.

Why not go to Yahoo and change your password there to see if that fixes your issue?
